Vertical Glass Beveler
A Quality Beveler for Inside or Outside Curves.
This Two-Station Unit Will Take 10, 8, and 6 Inch Wheels. Mounted on Base
and Fully Operational.

Arbor with 1” x 23 3/4” shaft
can be quickly disassembled (4 bolts) for pulley change or bearing inspection.
Two 1/2” OD x 30” long plastic tubes provide optional drain system.
Just squeeze tube ends, insert in drain ports and drain lines are in place.
Water valves take 1/4” OD plastic tube for gravity water flow or 1/4”
copper tube for pressure system. Gravity system will wet 10, 8 or 6 inch wheels.
Speed (RPM) needed is determined by wheel diameter. The recommended 1,100
Surface Feet Per Minute (SFM) speed on the wheel rim can be obtained by; 420 RPM
for 10” wheel, or 785 RPM for 8” wheel, or 1,100 RPM for 6” wheels.
Choose the RPM that is needed for the wheel diameter you expect to use.
If two wheel sizes are to be used, choose the faster RPM. Wheels turn toward the
operator and up. Unit is available in 420 and 1,100 RPM. Specify RPM when
ordering. Comes fully assembled with belt guard, 1/3 HP motor, instructions and
guarantee.

There are many features built
into this variable speed lapping unit. Comes with a water sleeve that allows
water to come up through the center shaft and disperse from the middle of the
plate, as well as an overhead loc-line water supply. It also has a 5/8-11
female thread which allows user to use many different diamond finishing tools.
Optional male to male brass fitting for female threads. The speed control
allows user speed ranges from 200-1100 rpm’s. Bearings have been set 11” apart
to give rigidity and stability to the blanched and precision ground, 12”, black
powder coated plate. A small chamfer on outside edge allows for easy removal of
diamond discs. The wash-down motor and controller are perfect for wet
environments. Made with heavy 11 gauge box tubing and heavy 16 gauge removable
side panels topped with heavy duty powder coatings.
